1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TronSick.io, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time — continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use TronSick.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency faucets and online gambling are legally permitted.
• You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts will be banned without notice.

3. Account Rules

• Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Do not share your account with others.
• Do not use bots, scripts, or automation tools to abuse the faucet or games.
• Do not attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities. Report them to us instead.
• We reserve the right to ban any account found violating these rules, with immediate forfeiture of balance.

4. Faucet Claims

The faucet allows you to claim free TRX every 30 minutes. The amount you receive depends on your account level. TronSick reserves the right to change claim amounts, timers, and level thresholds at any time.

5. Casino Games

• All casino games use a provably fair system — outcomes are determined by cryptographic seeds that you can verify.
• The house edge is 1% on all games.
• Game results are final and cannot be reversed.
• TronSick does not guarantee profits. Gambling involves risk — only play with what you can afford to lose.

6. Lucky Draw

• Free Draw: Every new account receives 1 free spin, guaranteed to win an Iron level upgrade.
• Paid Draw: Costs 500 TRX per entry (one-time per account). Guarantees Gold, Platinum, or Diamond level upgrade. After level upgrade, a 10% activation fee (50 TRX) is deducted from your balance. Remaining balance can be fully withdrawn.
• Lucky Draw results are final and non-refundable.

7. Referral Program

You earn 50% of your referrals' faucet claims as commission. Referral earnings are credited automatically. Any attempt to create fake referral accounts will result in permanent ban and forfeiture of all earnings.

8. Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: 50 TRX.
• You must provide a valid TRC-20 TRON wallet address.
• Withdrawals are processed instantly on the TRON blockchain.
• We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses provided by the user.
• We reserve the right to delay or refuse withdrawals suspected of fraud.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Using multiple accounts (multi-accounting)
• Using bots, scripts, VPNs to abuse faucet claims
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Harassing other users or staff
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or modify the platform

10. Limitation of Liability

TronSick is provided "as is." We are not liable for any losses incurred from gambling, technical issues, or account bans due to rule violations. Cryptocurrency values fluctuate — TronSick is not responsible for TRX price changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration where permitted by law.
